Order Cha Ching does not collect or store any data about your customers. The app processes order events solely to trigger the notifications and does not retain customer-specific information.
The data collected by Order Cha Ching is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure located in the United States (us-central-1 region), including Google Cloud Run for the app and Google Cloud PostgreSQL for database management. All audio clips uploaded to the service are stored in Google Cloud Storage buckets, which are publicly accessible to ensure Sonos devices can play them.
Sensitive personal information is encrypted using industry-standard AES algorithms, and access to the data is strictly restricted to authorized personnel. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
